About us
We are Madelon and Anne-Fleur.
Rosamar brought us together.
First as a place where we created beautiful memories with friends and family.
Later as a dream that became impossible to ignore.
What if we shared this place?
What if we welcomed groups here the same way we welcome our own guests?
With warmth. With attention. And with a natural sense of flow.
With backgrounds in hospitality, events and coaching, we combine strong organisation with a deep understanding of atmosphere and group dynamics.
WeTreat is not a standard retreat venue.
It is a place where everything already feels right, even before the program begins.
Upcoming Retreats & Workations
WeTreat has officially begun!
In May 2026 we will host our very first WeTreat Retreat: a five-day reset by the sea where movement, relaxation, nature, great food and joy come together. An intimate week where everything flows and nothing feels forced. Our way of showing what WeTreat is all about.
Alongside this, we are introducing four Remote Work Weeks in 2026. Weeks designed for focused work in an inspiring environment, with plenty of room for outdoor living, movement and connection.
You can join individually, come with a colleague or friend, or even bring your whole team.
